Our stylish and spacious home, nestled in the Desert Hot Springs neighborhood, is the perfect group getaway. Take a short trip to downtown Palm Springs or enjoy our outdoor furniture and pool in our private backyard. This home boasts a pool table, arcade machine, large Connect 4, basketball hoops, multiple TVs with Hulu, Netflix, Disney+, Youtube TV (cable), and tons of more entertainment!** Pool Heating **Pool heating is available so you can enjoy it during cooler weather! There is a fee of $100/night and it must be paid for the entirety of your stay. Please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your check-in as we’ll need time to properly heat the pool for your stay.This is a dreamlike location with incredible decor and atmosphere, the perfect backdrop for your trip. Our guests’ health, safety, and well-being are our top priority.***We also service our pool between each guest to ensure it's perfect for your stay.Please be respectful of our neighborhood. This house is in a quiet community, and as such, we require that guests avoid loud music, parties at night, or hosting large groups. If we receive a noise complaint, we will have to contact the appropriate authorities. Upon a 2nd noise complaint, you will be asked to leave. To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors, we use a NoiseAware decibel level monitoring device.No smoking is allowed on our property. If our cleaners smell smoke, you will be charged a fine starting at $300.00. We care deeply about the health and wellbeing of our guests and smoke of any kind leaves a smell for the guests after you.Please clean up after yourself.
