*Serene* 4BR w/ Pool, Spa, Pool Table & Game Room! ***Due to the current pandemic, we have enhanced our existing cleaning protocols. In addition to our comprehensive cleanings between every stay, all surfaces inside the house, including door handles, light switches, counters and tabletops, devices, handrails, and appliances, are cleaned with a CDC-approved disinfectant. Our guests’ health, safety, and well-being are our top priority.***If you want early check-in or late check-out, please reach out 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Availability is dependent on whether there is another same day check-in/check-out and may be subject to a $75 fee. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $100 charge.Please note that the pool and spa cannot be used during quiet hours starting at 10pm.We also service our pool between each guest to ensure it's perfect for your stay.Please be respectful of our neighborhood. This house is in a quiet community, and as such, we require that guests avoid loud music, parties at night, or hosting large groups. If we receive a noise complaint, we will have to contact the appropriate authorities. Upon a 2nd noise complaint, you will be asked to leave. To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors, we use a NoiseAware decibel level monitoring device.We kindly remind all guests that tampering with or unplugging Ring cameras is strictly prohibited. These cameras play a vital role in ensuring the security of our premises and protecting both you and our property. Please be aware that any unauthorized interference with the Ring cameras will be taken very seriously. In accordance with our policies and local regulations, guests found engaging in such actions may face fines of up to $500.No smoking is allowed on our property. If our cleaners smell smoke, you will be charged a fine starting at $300.00. We care deeply about the health and wellbeing of our guests and smoke of any kind leaves a smell for the guests after you.Please clean up after yourself. There is an extra cleaning fee if the house is left in disarray.Have any questions about our home or location? Please don't hesitate to reach out! We hope to host you soon!**Additional Quiet Hours info:Official City quiet hours are between the hours of 10 p.m. and 10 a.m. on weekends and 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. on weekdays. During this time, please keep outdoor noise levels to a minimum to avoid disturbing the neighbors and turn off all backyard lights. If using the pool during these hours, please keep noise levels to a minimum because if a neighbor hears, you will have to stop using it.
