Netflix, Disney Plus and Ronku. Huge open patio and bbq grill. Refreshments will be provided (water bottles\soft drinks) (1 air mattresses and 1 floor mattress on bedroom 1) will be provided. Parking for 4 cars and if needed extra free street parking.RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT. You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party.
