Located only a short drive from Downtown Palm Springs and many other attractions. Explore and enjoy all that the area has to offer! This is truly a home away from home! Condo is located conveniently between Palm Springs and Rancho Mirage. Many attractions and sights are located nearby including the world-famous Palm Springs Arial Tramway, the Agua Caliente Casino and others, numerous golf courses, movie theaters, lots of casual and 5-star dining, Joshua Tree National Park, and The Living Desert. You'll also find world class shopping on El Paseo in Palm Desert and at the Desert Outlet Malls. Maximum Occupancy is 4 people. Per City Ordinance. "Short-term vacation rental occupants shall respect the neighbors' privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property. No outdoor music shall be used outside at any time. Music played from the inside of the STVR shall not be heard beyond the property line of the STVR at all times. The quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am, and during those hours the use of outdoor amenities are prohibited from 10pm to 8am. Any and all music played inside cannot be heard from outside of the property as well. City TOT 12% included in price." One assigned carport parking space included. Ample guest parking. Maximum 2 cars allowed. Unit is located on the second floor. There are stairs up to the front door.
