Discounts for longer stays, perfect for holidays, great location, views. This home provides a a relaxing retreat at Canyon Lake. Come enjoy your home away from home! Central location to concerts, tubing rivers. wineries, fun at the lake, shopping, restaurants and more. Gruene, New Braunfels, Fredericksburg, San Antonio and Austin are nearby.We have plenty of space with the home sitting on 2 and a half fenced-in lots, plenty of room for parking in the back lot and under the carport for guests... The backyard deck and front patio overlooking Cranes Mill Marina make it a must. We have a Rainbow Play System for the kids, a tree swing, and plenty of seating for guests outside. There are picnic tables that make it great for entertaining. We provide a fire pit, BBQ grills (charcoal, wood, and gas), swing by the fire pit, hammock to enjoy, and overall a setting equipped for relaxation. Large oak trees throughout the property set the scene. While enjoying the outdoors is great, know you will be quite pleased with a clean well kept home made ready for our guests. The home has 4 bedrooms ( 3 kings, 1 queen). We also provide 2 queen-size air mattresses and 1 twin mattress for extra guests. The living room also offers a fold out couch with a queen size bed. 2 bedrooms are upstairs and 2 bedrooms are downstairs. There are 3 FULL baths and 2 large living areas with couches, stereos, TVs (Netflix, music and more), WiFi, etc. We also have a laundry room accessible for guests. We have one living area upstairs with an open floor plan to a full kitchen and dining area. The other downstairs living area has a bar, mini fridge, and sink that comes in great use while playing pool or fuse-ball. Lots of space with 2550 sq ft. We are within walking distance of County Boat ramp #8. less than a mile away with the neighborhood providing a peaceful scenery. Truly a Canyon Lake retreat indeed.
