Beautiful heated pool and Spa with waterwall, firepit, and fire feature. Lanai area partially covered to offer some shade from our beautiful Florida sunshine. The dock is just a few steps further, where you can try your hand at fishing or simply soak up the oceanside air and you may see a dolphin or a manatee as well as star fish, sheephead, mullet, and snook. Also frequenting our property are pelicans, cranes, parrots, and osprey.Property has a back yard and lots of palm trees thru-out full of fresh coconuts. Located on Snead Island a small community where you can ride our included bicycles, also on the Island is Emerson Point Nature Preserve– map / info attached. Fishing, Observation Tower, and ancient remains. Go hiking on the trails or use the included Kayaks to experience a wide variety of coastal Florida wildlife and habitats.This large single story bungalow offers you the vacation you’ve been looking for your family or spacious enough for 3 adult couples to share. You will have access to the entire private residence.Pets are always welcome.If you would like to get off the Island, we are close drive to all the amenities - famous Anna Maria Island beaches and many more, shopping, Bradenton/Sarasota, and St. Pete's and Tampa are just a drive over the Skyway Bridge. Lots of waterfront restaurants, planetarium, parks, preserves, horseback riding in the ocean, flea market, Village of the Arts, brewery tour, fruit farm tours, so much to do.... oh and did I mention Beaches!!!**Need baby gear during your stay?
