Large flat screen T.V. in the living room and in the upstairs master bedroom. DVD player and stereo system as well. Dishnet satellite service. A well stocked kitchen and a large seating area in the living room make this a perfect townhome for your large golf group or family. Ceiling fan in the living room With a deck that looks out on the course and a gas BBQ, sit back and relax and start your vacation! Oh and BTW, there is a sleeper queen sofa too! Patio furniture includes a wrought iron table and chairs, an umbrella for shade and an Upper balcony, off of the upstairs master bedroom to enjoy the mountain golf course view.**This home has a regular coffee maker that uses grounds.**Townhomes were not built with Air conditioning.**One of the upstairs room is a non-conforming bedroom
