There are 2 bedrooms and shared bathroom on this level to separate the group. Head upstairs to an open concept kitchen, living room, and dining area. The master bedroom is located off the kitchen and has its own private balcony and full bathroom. Or venture a few miles south to Sugar Pine Point State Park to enjoy fishing, sandy beaches, historic tours and more hiking trails. In winter you will enjoy being close to popular ski resorts and snow shoeing trails.Parking:* Parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles. Two in the garage and two in the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance. Other things to Note:* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an usually hot spell.*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports.
