Our home is completely updated with gorgeous details, comfortable furniture, plenty of light, and tons of space for a family or a small group of friends. Our location couldn’t be better! We are walking distance to Moon Dunes beach! We are also located adjacent to Tahoe Regional Park where you can hike, mountain bike, snowshoe, and more, right out of the front door. The home is situated on two main levels. Enter into the foyer, and walk up the stairs to the 2nd floor. On this floor you will find our fully stocked kitchen, dining area, living room, deck, and the master suite. The open concept kitchen, living, and dining room is a great place to enjoy a home cooked meal and enjoy each other’s company. We have a large leather sectional couch, a fireplace, a TV, and even a chess table! The living room walks out onto a deck with stairs down to the backyard. There is also a guest bathroom on this floor. The cozy master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with an updated shower and soaking tub. Downstairs there are two additional bedrooms, another living area with a couch and a TV and an additional bathroom. The first bedroom is a queen bedroom with access to the outside. The second is the ‘kid’s room’ with two twin trundle beds. The common area down on this floor has a comfortable couch and a Smart TV. Guests will have access to the garage during their stay.OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:Due to an allergy in our family, we unfortunately cannot permit service animals in the home. PLACER COUNTY RULESPlacer County requires we inform you of the rules and regulations relevant to the home's Short Term Rental Permit. We thank you in advance for abiding by the rules below (which are also included in the listing's photos and posted in the home). * MAXIMUM OCCUPNACY: There shall be no gatherings, events, wedding or other group functions on the Premises with more people than the number of persons stated on the listing. * PARKING: Parking on the street is prohibited at all times. All cars, boats and trailers must be parked in the home's designated parking spots. * QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are 9pm-8am, seven days a week. Noise carries easier and further in higher elevations and over water. Per the ordinance: No sound from home shall be audible from the parcel line during this time. Noise shall be minimized in order that it not be an unreasonable annoyance, disturbance or nuisance to neighbors. * LIGHTS OUT: All exterior lights that are not needed for safety must be turned off between the hours of 10pm-7am, seven days a week. Per the ordinance: All exterior lights must be turned off that are not needed for safety or other outdoor use to the extent that such outdoor use is not an unreasonable nuisance to neighbors. * RED FLAG WARNINGS: Due to extreme fire danger, bonfires, charcoal BBQs and wood-burning fire pits are strictly prohibited. On Red Flag Warning Days, when fire hazards are especially dangerous, typically due to dry conditions and high winders, additional restrictions are imposed by the North Tahoe Fire Protection District and prohibited. You cannot use outdoor gas grills or gas fire pits during Red Flag Warnings. All outdoor fires are prohibited, both gas and wood. It is your responsibility (the guest) to be informed of Red Flag Warnings. You will see signs on the front of all fire district stations, hear about it on the news, see it on social media and hear about it on the radio.
