Great location - 10 minutes from the beach! House occupancy is limited to 12 people including kids so be aware there is an extra fee for each person between 11-12. This is a very spacious, comfortable home, perfect for families, close to restaurants and shopping, the beach, casinos and close to Northstar and Alpine Meadows ski resorts! While there is a garage, there is PLENTY of parking own the long driveway.My home is in a very quiet residential neighborhood among the tall trees of Tahoe Vista. Enjoy fast, free wifi, big screen YouTube TV, plus TV/Blu ray in master BR, and another TV in kids room. Enjoy sitting on either deck ( one with a distant lake view ) and relax!Need to wash your clothes? No problem, there is a washer/dryer right in the main bathroom. Enjoy soft sheets are on every single bed. Cozy in with a fireplace and watch Netflix. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishwasher, coffeemaker and grinder, pots/pans, whatever you need to cook as if you're at home. PLEASE EMAIL ME FIRST if you are interested in a SKI LEASE, they start the first Monday after New Years Day. There is a minimum of 3 months to rent it and requires references. There is an age requirement of 28 to rent.
