Private Feel Lakeview Corner Condo Unit #5 This Rocky Ridge vacation rental is an end unit and at the end of the complex, situated on a rocky bluff that overlooks the south and east shores of Lake Tahoe. Surrounded by trees, it is hard to imagine a better spot to enjoy all that Tahoe has to offer. In this private setting, you will find a four-bedroom two and a half-bath condo that has been carefully updated and well maintained. Upon entering you will find a half bathroom and a closet for your winter and summer gear. Off to the side is the well-equipped kitchen and a laundry room. From the kitchen, you enter the dining area that overlooks the lake. There is a wet bar between the separated dining and living room with vaulted ceilings and a modern gas fireplace with rock surround. The hardwood floors, granite countertops and comfortable furnishings make this rental feel like home. There are two sliding glass doors in the living and dining area that will take you out to the deck where you will enjoy spectacular views and BBQing on the gas BBQ. Up the stairs you find the first of the of three guest rooms, this room has two Twin beds as does the guest room next to it. The shared full bathroom is just down the hall. The third guest bedroom is next to the master and has a Queen size bed. The Master features a King size bed, a private full bathroom and small deck with a bistro set to enjoy the view. There is Wifi. One well-mannered pet is allowed, please not on the furniture. The development is close to all that Tahoe City has to offer. Rocky Ridge is a gated community of 60 acres surrounded by State Forest Land, where you can enjoy nature on one of the many hiking or mountain biking trails just steps away. Amenities include 2 swimming pools, 2 spas, tennis, basketball, playground, Bocce Ball court and a private beach, annex located just down the road with parking and pier, BBQ facilities, clubhouse and volleyball court. Every vacation condo rental offers vaulted mountain-style ceilings, beautiful rock fireplaces, fully equipped kitchens, all set in an open two-story floor plan.All of our rentals come with fully equipped kitchens; most kitchens do not have pantry items due to wildlife concerns. We provide all linens and towels; most units have beach towels as well. There is a washer and dryer in every rental. Every unit has Wi-Fi.
