Our home offers:- 2 King Beds, 1 queen Bed, 1 queen sofa bed- Great room with 20ft vaulted wood ceilings, large gas fireplace, 70 in smart TV, and covered BBQ deck attached- Large dining, kitchen, family room combination with wood burning fireplace, bar, and 65 in flat screen TV- Easy walking distance to Tahoe City, Granlibakken Resort, the Tahoe House Cafe, New Moon Natural Foods, and TART Public Bus Stop.-Level access property, level parking for 4 cars with semi covered carport-Snow Removal IncludedWe are open to groups of no more than 6 people. The price will be based on the length of stay, time of stay and number of guests. Ski lease negotiable and nightly rate from $250/night.Separate caretaker unit located at the property with private entrance.Sorry we are not pet friendly, and non-smokers only please.Thanks for looking!
