Enjoy large windows that let in ample natural light, a wood-burning fireplace in the living room, and an updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances! This cabin has two full bathrooms, one on the main floor and one upstairs. Both bathrooms are updated with modern fixtures and granite countertops. Additional features include high ceilings with knotty pine walls and hardwood floors throughout the main floor.Within walking distance from the cabin are Patton Beach, Waterman's Landing, Gar Wood's Grill and Bar, CB's Pizza and 7-11. Waterman's Landing is a one of the few dog-friendly beaches in the area. Take advantage of this convenience if you have a four-legged friend!Agate Bay is conveniently located close to Tahoe City and Kings Beach, both great lakeside towns with wonderful restaurants, shops, grocery stores, boat/bicycle rentals and much more. World class ski resorts including Northstar, Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows are a short drive from the cabin. Behind the Agate Bay neighborhood there are hiking/biking trails that eventually lead to the Tahoe Rim Trail.All ABP vacation rentals come equipped with high-speed Internet, linens, towels, kitchen supplies (toaster, coffee pot, dishes, pots/pans, utensils), washer/dryer and BBQ. If you have special requests, please let us know.IMPORTANT:On March 11th 2022, Placer County implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by.
