Coleman Cabin, Dog-Friendly This pet-friendly Agate Bay chalet is located on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe, CA. Agate Bay is a short drive to Tahoe City and Kings Beach, both great lakeside towns with wonderful restaurants, shops, grocery stores, boat/bicycle rentals and much more. The main level has a fantastic open layout with vaulted ceilings. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need. Comfortable furnishings and a gas fireplace in the living area allow the guest to relax and enjoy the flat screen TV. There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the main level. The upstairs bedroom has four twin beds and a queen bed, perfect for larger groups or a place to put the youngsters! To top it off, this vacation rental comes with a huge deck and updated deck furnishings!2022 Update: This cabin has a newly installed AC Unit for hot summer days!All ABP vacation rentals come equipped with high-speed Internet, linens, towels, kitchen supplies (toaster, coffee pot, dishes, pots/pans, utensils), washer/dryer and BBQ. If you have special requests, please let us know.IMPORTANT:On March 11th 2022, Placer County implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500 - $5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. CLICK HERE to view the full list of policies.SOME HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE: •Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am.
