In the Winter months, cross country skiing is available within a short drive. Northstar, Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley, and more are less than a 30 minute drive. Please visit our website and follow our “Tahoe Guide” with updated things to do in your specific area.NOTE: Carnelian Woods Amenities: Hot Tubs are Typically open daily in summer and winter, Saturdays only in spring and fall. Pool and Tennis open summer only. Please check website for Spa/Hot Tub hours at carnelianwoods.orgOther things to Note:* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell.* Parking is available for 2 cars. No street parking per county ordinance.*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months. *Renters must be 25+ *Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 6 adults* This is a non-smoking home. * Pets are not allowed at this home. ***Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of electronically signed Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking the reservation***TOT cert#:15530 Permit #STR22-4320 **Available for 2025 ski lease starting as early at January 8, 2025. $3,200 per month for rent, garbage, internet and driveway snow removal.
