It is nestled in the woods of Agate Bay, arguably the best neighborhood in North Lake Tahoe! Agate Bay is centrally located to all ski resorts, stores and restaurants. Stateline casinos are only a five-minute drive. In the summertime you can hike, bike or have a day at the beach. Dog-friendly Patton Beach is a short walk and many trails leading to the Tahoe Rim Trail are nearby. Relax on the deck furniture and enjoy the Sierra sun!All ABP vacation rentals come equipped with high-speed Internet, linens, towels, kitchen supplies (toaster, coffee pot, dishes, pots/pans, utensils), washer/dryer and BBQ. IMPORTANT:On March 11th 2022, Placer County implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500 - $5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. CLICK HERE to view the full list of policies.SOME HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE: •Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines.
