This home features multiple living spaces, an updated kitchen, a furnished deck, and plenty of room for up to 8 guests. Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, walking distance to the beach, this home is just a quarter-mile from the shore of beautiful Lake Tahoe and only 11 miles from Northstar ski resort. The main level features the updated kitchen, living room with large TV, dining area and queen bedroom. The mid level room features a sofa and a TV for private television watching. The open area of the upper floor features a nice sitting area with a queen bed, 2 double beds, and 2 twin beds all in one room. The entire family will enjoy staying at this comfortable home complete with WiFi and three cable TVs equipped for Streaming and Blu-ray/DVD players. Guests will also find a great selection of movies, books, and games, PS3, plus a large, furnished deck with a gas grill. It is a true escape from a busy life, but only minutes away from everything you need. In summer, Carnelian Bay offers access to beautiful beaches, biking and hiking. You are only a 10 minute walk to pet friendly beach, 7-11 mini store, miniature golf, and great restaurants. In winter you will enjoy being close to popular ski resorts and snow shoeing trails. Carnelian Bay Getaway is also only 6 miles from Tahoe City and 3 miles from Kings Beach, where you can enjoy more restaurants, beaches and shopping. We are 17 miles from Homewood Mountain Ski Resort, 12 miles from Squaw Valley | Alpine Meadows Ski Resorts and near Northstar, Diamond Peak and Mt. Rose Ski Resorts. Other things to Note:*Parking is available for a maximum of 3 vehicles. All cars must park on the driveway. Garage access for one car available. No street parking per county ordinance.* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell.*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months. *Renters must be 25+ *Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults* This is a non-smoking home. ***Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of electronically signed Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking the reservation***TOT Cert Number *16224 Permit Number *STR20-11299**Available for 2025 ski lease starting as early at January 8, 2025. $3,710 per month for rent, garbage, internet and driveway snow removal.
