I will also be available locally if any problems or questions arise regarding the pool, spa, bbq ect.Yorba Linda is a beautiful bedroom community located in North Orange County. "The land of gracious living" as it's been named. The neighborhood is quiet, with great local shopping and dining to choose from.You will have access to the entire home.This home was designed with an open floor plan to create inviting space for your family and visitors.The kitchen is updated with plenty of space to cook and enjoy meals together. The living room has an oversized couch with an 85" Smart TV, while a separate sitting area provides a gas burning rock fireplace, seating area and library.The double patio doors lead to a relaxing, mediterranean style backyard, with a built in BBQ, and seating area. The pool and landscaping provide a beautiful backdrop to any activity. It's our favorite place to read a book or gather with friends and family. The bathrooms have all be updated to provide a modern, clean and inviting environment.Park on the driveway, or street. Uber and Lyft are very reliable in this area.
