The couches have electric lounging and a 70" Wi-Fi TV with other seating and elongated fireplace for your comfort! This opens through an 8ft. slider to a private deck completely fenced in with herbs in pots and flowers hanging on the walls just beautiful! There's a firepit a gas BBQ grill and pizza oven along with seating couches and dining seating for 6.Walk to ocean! Wonderful sea breezes in this upsacle well decorated townhome that's locatedin a quiet area just 2 blocks from the beach. It's full of light and airy and has skylights on the 2nd floor. The townhome is very roomy and has hardwood floors throughout. Features a pool and hot tub for your use (walk to) in the complex. It's an easy walk to all the shops and restaurants located on Main Street in beautiful upscale Seal Beach.
