Enjoy time with family and friends in your private back yard with your own 6-person hot tub, outdoor table tennis, TV, drink fridge, grill, & fire pit.The Space:The beautiful condo has a beachy feel with all the amenities of home: quality mattresses, linens and pillows, a fully outfitted kitchen, large-screen TVs, Central Air Conditioning, music speakers, plenty of towels, and private washer/dryer. This unit is ground floor with one unit above but the whole ceiling has been sound-proofed so you can hear very little noise from above.Additionally, provide everything you would need to enjoy the area:- Free use of bicycles with helmets- Beach Towels- Beach chairs- Beach umbrella- Boogie boards- 8' soft surf board- Cooler- WagonThe condo also has:- A private hot tub- An outdoor heated shower- Gas Fire Pit- Indoor Fireplace- Desk and office chair- Ping pong table- Playstation- Board Games- Music Speaker- Multiple large screen TV's- Filtered drinking water- Softened Water for luxurious showers- Wireless Printer- Pet-friendly back yard- and MoreDesk and office chair are provided available for people working remotely. The address is 253 Avenida Del Mar - look it up on a map and see its an easy walk to everything.Guest Access:Guests have full access to the condo and private access to the yard, fire pit and hot tub. One dedicated driveway parking spot is included and there is plenty of free on-street overnight parking on the cross street (Seville) and around the library and community center. We provide a map showing where it is safe to park.The Neighborhood:Avenida Del Mar is the crown jewel of San Clemente. We have at least 10 restaurants that are truly special (check yelp but Nick's, South of Nick's, Vine, Beachfire, El Ranchero, The Cellar, etc.). The farmer's market is every Sunday just across the street from the condo - perfect to stock up for the week. We have an amazing coffee shop called Bear Coast Coffee just down the hill at the pier and beach walking trail - perfect way to start the day. Lastly, we have a park right across the street for kids to play. Our location is truly specialGetting Around:We are walking distance to just about everything you would need. This rental comes with bikes but there is also a free trolley that picks up in front of the condo. We also have a train station at our pier which makes for a great day trip to San Diego. We are also conveniently located about a 45min drive to Disney, 25 minutes to Lego Land, and an hour from San Diego and LA.We offer adult bikes and 20" kid bikes for free as part of the rental. Please plan to sign the waiver to get the code to unlock the bikes for use.Other Things to Note:-- The back yard is private, however, our other vacation rental unit has a balcony above so you may hear guests in that unit enjoying their balcony. I ask that you are courteous to neighbors and other guests and also respect our quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.- Up tp 3 pets can be allowed on a case by case basis with pre-approval. Due to the close proximity of neighbors, we can only take quiet, well-trained dogs less than 60lbs. a Pet fee of $20/night will apply for each approved pet. - Pet Friendly: There is a park across the street for dog-walking. Also, San Clemente has a pet-friendly beach trail and many pet-friendly restaurants.We have security cameras in common spaces only (parking areas and outside stairways) and do not have any cameras or listening devices inside our rental condosInteraction with Guests:I am here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a phone call or text message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.
