Walk to the beach, pier, trails, Casa Romantica, surf, farmer's market, art fair and a multitude of trendy, historic and beach vibe restaurants and shops in just minutes. Play on our pool table or relax on the deck with a beverage after a day at the beach. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms with fresh linens, ocean views and lovely decor occupy the lower floor. Up one story is the tastefully furnished living room/dining room with views of the ocean and a cozy fireplace for chilly evenings. Cooking gourmet or fresh farm to table with local produce will be a pleasure in the remodeled and nicely equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. The open space concept floor plan allows for easy comfortable living. There is an attached garage with washer and dryer and parking for one car with 2 additional parking places in the driveway.
