Stops for the free local trolley (available on weekends year-round and everyday from Memorial Day through September) and regional trains are easily accessible, making a car almost unnecessary even for those who want explore beyond San Clemente’s core attractions. The home is right off the I-5 in between Disneyland and Legoland. Casa Clemente Las Palmas, built in 2020, has three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, as well as a fully-stocked kitchen, a family room, and a rooftop deck. Each bedroom has en suite bathrooms. One bedroom is downstairs and is furnished with a queen sized bed and 43” smart TV. The other two bedrooms are on the second level. The Master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, and has a full bathroom, 58” smart TV, and walk-in closet. The 3rd bedroom has a queen sized bed, a 58” smart TV, and a full bathroom. Stored under the bed in that room is a foldable cot that can sleep one additional person.The family room is equipped with a 70” smart TV with streaming services, a cushy couch, and a gas fireplace There are also two chairs that convert to small kids’ beds.On the rooftop deck, you will find a seating area, chat table, swing chair, a propane two-grill BBQ, and beautiful gas fireplace. From the rooftop, you’ll have views of the ocean, downtown San Clemente, and the San Clemente hillside.The garage fits two cars, with additional parking on the street. The driveway must be kept clear as the carport is for the exclusive use of the neighboring property. Beach supplies (beach chairs, towels, beach toys, umbrella, boogie boards, and ice chest) are provided.The home has free Wifi internet access.
