This is a downstairs apartment in a 3-unit building that includes 1 driveway parking space.This unit is perfect for one person or a couple looking for a private beach escape. No car needed, just bring your bike or walk to all the major local destinations! Available on a longer-term basis only (1 month+ stays), no short-term rentals. The listed price is for long term stays. No smoking. Pets are conditional: cats will be considered; one dog over the age of 1 year old considered on a case-by-case basis and with Vet verification. Absolutely no dogs under the age of 1, no exceptions. Cats cost an additional $1,000/month (up to two) and dogs will cost an additional $500/month, if they are approved. Balance of pet fees will be added to your reservation, if approved, as applicable.
