Paradise begins in the apartment and expands to the Pacific Ocean and village that surrounds you. ALL ROOMS HAVE OCEAN VIEWS and AIR CONDITIONING! The master bedroom has a new KING bed, 50" tv, bathroom, bathroom with shower and a stocked bookshelf.Second bedroom/den is the perfect office with an ocean view. It has a comfortable, fold-down sofa bed, that is good for one person.. It is smaller than a full bed. Room has a 40" tv, bathroom with tub and desk with an ocean view. Listen to the sounds of seals barking. Walk across the street to the park with picnic tables, fire pits, lifeguards, palm trees and lawns. Dine in La Jolla's finest restaurants, attend a book event at Warwick's or D.G. Wills bookstores, a concert at the Anthenaeum Library or visit our numerous art galleries. Our famous Seal Beach is a three block stroll. Within walking distance are also well maintained tennis courts, gyms, beaches and yoga classes. The famous Torrey Pines golf course is a short, 15 minute car ride away.Every room, including the bathrooms, have ocean views. Kitchen has granite counters, washer/ dryer, dishes, small appliances, oven.Garage parking for one medium sized car.Sorry, due to owner's allergies no smoking or pets are allowed.Perfect for a couple.
