Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or end of day glass of wine on the private deck overlooking the ocean, also equipped with your own BBQ and firepit. The community features a large pool area, his and hers sauna, private parking, communal laundry area, along with BBQ stations and fire pits in a secluded beach area within the property. The unit also has a small stackable washer and dryer for smaller loads. You are just a short walk (minutes!) from the vibrancy of Main Street, where you will find many shops and restaurants – a dream spot for people watching. Just a little further from that you will find Pacific City – your ultimate experience for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Other nearby shopping just a short drive away includes Bella Terra, Newport Beach’s Fashion Island, Costa Mesa’s Southcoast Plaza, Newport Beach and Laguna Beach. This gated community is great for families for summer break, empty nesters looking to get away, or extended corporate housing. If you just want to live right on the beach for a while with a great view of the ocean and spectacular sunsets this is the place hands down!! Property is conveniently located for access to all major theme parks with Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm both being approximately 30 minutes away.
