A private office area is ideal for catching up on work & emails while enjoying your vacation home. This home and it's content are in pristine condition as it is not a short term rental. Located on Main Street in the heart of famous "Surf City" Downtown Huntington Beach. Restaurants, bars, shopping, amazing nightlife & the Beach are right outside your door. A short walk along the beach front will bring you to Pacific City with it's many attractions, restaurants, bars and gift shops. The Tuscan Style Architecture and open courtyard atmosphere make this a great place for your stay while you are in town for work or relaxation. Relax in the very large but cozy family room with HD TV, wood flooring, leather couches & chairs and a romantic fireplace. Enjoy seating for 8 at the large dining table. This gourmet kitchen has top of the line appliances, granite tops and is stocked with all the kitchenware you'll need. Both bedrooms are upstairs. There is a loft area at the top of the stairs as well as full size laundry area. The master suite has a comfy king bed, dual sinks in the master bath & separate shower and tub. The second bedroom has a bunk bed set up. The lower bunk is a full size and the top bunk is a single. There are a few bean bag chairs in the room as well. Both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with HD TV's and DVD player Full Cable HBO. Wireless internet is always available. The property is in a gated community with both elevators and stairways that lead right to Main Street HB. There is a private patio with BBQ and cute umbrella table. This Gated Townhome Community offers you and your family serenity and security while being steps away from all the action & excitement Downtown Huntington Beach has to offer!
