There are three master suites, two with Cal king beds and one with a Queen—all with private bathrooms. The ensuite bathrooms are beautifully upgraded with marble countertops, custom-paneled vanities, and travertine tile. The showers have been custom-designed with travertine/marble inlays. The two children's rooms have full-over-full bunk beds. The children's rooms have access to a full bath in the hallway. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality. All bedrooms have a 43-inch plasma TV.The kitchen is spacious with granite countertops, paneled cabinetry, and black appliances: dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, gas stovetop, and microwave. Right off the kitchen is a full-size washer and dryer for guests. The open-concept dining and family room provide plenty of space to entertain. The couch has a queen sleeper sofa. The glass sliding door opens to the deck and pool area. There is plenty of space to soak up the sun on our scored concrete deck surround — plenty of seating on our outdoor patio set and loungers. Natural gas BBQ grill.The game room in the detached garage has a STIGA ping pong table, air hockey, and a pool table. Strollers, high chairs, pack-n-play, and booster seats are available for your infants and toddlers. The main living room has high-speed wireless internet. The home has central air and heat.This house SLEEPS 10 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).Maximum Vehicles 2.
