The cabin at “ Dogwood Branch” is located right off Highway 28, central to Bryson City, the Nantahala Outdoor Center, and Fontana Lake! Situated on the southern border of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Your vacation home is nestled hillside among beautiful Tobacco Branch Village, a well-maintained, safe, and gorgeous mountain community making for the perfect family getaway! Tobacco Branch Village is a pristine location all it's own, having a spring-fed lake with a floating dock for relaxing or fishing, pavilion for picnics, shuffleboard courts, horseshoes, and open fields for sports. AND Bryson City, The Gateway to the Great Smoky Mountains, Only a quick and easy 20 minute drive! This luxury 3 story family cabin has a unique style all its own! Boasting 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with 4 bunks, Queen sofa sleeper, and a game room to boot! The cabin sleeps up to10 guests!Upon entering the BEAUTIFUL Living Room you are greeted with shiplap walls, comfortable furnishings, vaulted tongue and groove ceilings with a remote control fireplace (for those chilly mountain evenings). A large flat screen Roku TV sitting above a unique original barn wood mantel, perfect for entertainment! The well appointed and stylish kitchen is stunning with original 1800’s ceiling tiles, gorgeous granite countertops with a large 4 person bar made with antique barn tin! The coffee station will have you ready for the day’s adventures, and offers both a pod/carafe option. (complimentary starter coffee pods, creamer, and sugars, waiting for you on arrival!) The kitchen is just as functional as beautiful with everything you need to prepare and serve meals! The very large upstairs loft area boasts a well-appointed King Bedroom. It has beautiful window views, gorgeous bedding, new hybrid gel/ foam mattress, and a full bath to round out this romantic space. The main floor Queen Bedroom is beautiful and cozy with comfy bedding, a smart TV, and a full bathroom just steps away. Just down the stairs is the fantastic and fun Bunk Room (Please consider the potential hazards of booking this cabin if you have children or other people who may not be able to manage the bunk ladders without injury) The double bunk room has an attached additional living room ( giving you loads of extra space) with a Queen sofa sleeper and Roku TV. The upper bunks have connected side tables with reading lamps attached for all necessary phones, books, and electronics! It's the perfect family space, and is connected with a full bathroom and GAME ROOM with Nintendo gaming console! The mini fridge in the game room is placed for convenience, so as to have no need to go up and down the stairs for necessities! Board games for the kids are provided. The fireplace feature rounds out the space for extra mountain coziness! This level also provides additional deck space for relaxing in the swing, egg chairs, or curling up with a good book on the outdoor couch. For outdoor entertainment we provide a Gas Grill (propane included) complete with multiple seating and dining areas. Our Hot Tub area is PERFECT with twinkling lights, a rolling outdoor bar, acrylic (unbreakable) wine glasses, and a place to ice drinks! When you tire of the Hot Tub gather around the beautifully lit Fire Pit to tell stories and make memories! The cabin has remote control Air/Heat via Mini Splits throughout the cabin as well as Starlink Wi-Fi, and a full size laundry room to help clean up after the day's adventures!We are 20 minutes to downtown Bryson City... and the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad (for fun adventures such as the Polar Express and a multitude of specialty rides!) The cabin is 5 minutes to boating or relaxing on Fontana Lake, 25 minutes to the Deep Creek Recreation Area and the Great Smokey Mountain National Park, which has gentle rapids for tubing and hiking adventures for all ages! A quick 15 minute drive takes you to the amazing whitewater rafting, hiking, and zip lining adventures offered at the Nantahala Outdoor Center. Bikers will love the short 15 minute drive for an adventure at the Tsali recreation center (Tail of the Dragon)!
