The location is just perfect, situated close to Downtown Truckee, all the major ski resorts, the park across the street, the skate park and the Truckee Amphitheatre that has free music every Wednesday night in the summer! When you first walk into this gorgeous home you will walk into the mud room, there are two bedrooms downstairs with a queen in one and double bunks in the other. As you walk up the stairs you walk into the great room that is open and bright. The kitchen and master are also on the second level. This home has an open floorplan with room for everyone. The kitchen is completely set up for the chef of the family! There is a deck off of the dining area for those nice sunny Tahoe summer days! This is definitely the place you want to call home when you are away from yours and in the mountains!We are open for discussions on ski leases from December through April.
