Our 1671 square foot home is located less than 10 minutes from the interstate and you will find your travel to the Augusta National Golf Club to be a quick commute via I-20.Our property is available for rent for the April 2022 Master’s Tournament, Augusta National Women’s Amateur, and Drive, Chip & Putt National Finals. This cozy and home sweet home, located in Greg’s Mill subdivision, will satisfy all who stay for the BEST week of the year in Augusta, Georgia.The master bedroom is suited with a queen-size bed and television, that contains Direct TV and Hulu. The master bathroom includes a garden tub that can also be used as a shower, and a double vanity sink. The guest bedroom is suited with a twin bed, and is right across the hall from a full bathroom with a bath and shower combination.The open floor plan of our home is what makes this pace so cozy. The waterproof-luxury flooring combined with the suede Lazy Boy furniture will make our home difficult to leave. The curved television is perfect for watching the Final Four, Opening Day of MLB and most importantly the Masters if you do not have badges for all days.Our kitchen is open, and farm fresh! It includes a sizable farmhouse style table that is great for conversing over a delicious homemade meal. From the kitchen you can quickly exit to the backyard and outdoor patio. The outdoor patio contains rocking chairs, that make it so enjoyable to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee as well as the sunset with a glass of wine. This is a great start and end to your busy day at the Augusta National!Lastly, enjoy our pool literally right up the road!The tournament week is one you do not want to miss. Do not hesitate to make your golfing dreams and bucket list come true!
