Shopping, galleries, and fine dining are just a short walk away!Living SpacesEnter directly into a sitting room open to the kitchen and dining room.As you pass through the Kitchen and Dining Room, you will find a cozy Living Room with a gas fireplace and a large flat screen TV and plenty of seating.Kitchen and DiningCentral to both Living Areas and the Dining Room, the fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with gas Miele range and stove features an island with additional seating and an open floor plan. This luxury kitchen features both a Keurig® and a drip coffee maker.Seating at the kitchen island creates a space to eat a quick bite, or visit with the chef while having a glass of wine. A Wine Cooler is conveniently located in the dining room which has a table with chairs and some built-in seating.Bedrooms and BathroomsThe Primary Bedroom is located upstairs and has a queen bed and a gas fireplace. This bedroom features a luxurious en suite bathroom with a soaking tub complete with a bath tray, a handheld shower wand and an adjustable light makeup mirror. Step onto your small balcony and smell the fresh sea air.Bedroom #2 features a queen bed and an adjoining full Jack and Jill bathroom, shared with Bedroom 3.Bedroom #3 features a full/double bed with an adjoining Jack and Jill bathroom shared with Bedroom 2.A freshly updated powder room is on the lower / main level near the living areas.Laundry FacilitiesThe laundry center is located near the Powder Room on the lower level.OutsideThe yard is fenced and on the side of the house is a patio area with a propane BBQ grill.1379 square feet, but the open floor plan makes the home feel larger, modern, light and airy.Quiet, narrow street with a Driveway for 1 car and free limited street parking available. More parking available 1/2 block away.Walk to Galleries, Shopping, and Restaurants.Well-behaved small dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month.
