Originally built in 1908 in the historic Pacific Grove Retreat, this home is rich in history and completely updated. Cozy, Comfortable and with all the modern conveniences. Pacific Grove STR #0084.Walk in to an open floor plan, the living room flows to the kitchen. There is a huge gas fireplace, Smart Samsung TV with streaming apps, and soaring ceilings with skylights. Kitchen is fully stocked. Dining room opens to a private deck with an outdoor living room and a huge gas fireplace. An outdoor eating area, BBQ, hot tub and outdoor shower complete the backyard. The home has an upstairs living room loft with comfortable seating to watch the Smart Samsung TV or sit in front of another gas fireplace. Should you need a workspace we have an adjustable standing desk upstairs.Two comfortable bedrooms on the first floor with queen beds. Master bath has a bathtub shower and the middle bedroom has a steam shower.Rent from the owner- you'll communicate directly with me and my local house manager. I love sharing my home with people coming to enjoy Pacific Grove. You can’t beat the location - Everything you could want or need is so close- enjoy the downtown restaurants and shops or Lover's Point beaches, Pacific Grove Golf Course. It's one mile on the beach trail to the world-renowned Monterey Bay Aquarium and historic Cannery Row Shopping in Carmel, golfing in Pebble Beach, hiking in Big Sur are an easy drive away or you can also just stay home and relax in the hot tub on the deck- read a book by a cozy fire.The Pacific Grove Retreat is a historic neighborhood where the homes are close together. While we want you to enjoy your time, this is not a place to host a party. We observe the guest maximum (4) and work to be good neighbors by keeping the noise down.
