A 65” UHD SMART TV provides your media experience. Beautiful, paned sliding doors frame the brick fireplace, opening onto the 1000+ square foot back deck, perfect for entertaining or just sitting and enjoying the day, large back yard and Carmel River. Plentiful seating, a swinging love seat and new gas grill round out the back deck. The Master suite provides a warm King Bed with luxury linens, an en suite bathroom, large walk-in closet and also provides access to the back deck and yard. Carmel Valley's River Retreat kitchen opens to the back deck, conveniently close to the gas bbq grill, a Traeger Smoker/Grill and Hot Tub. A workstation for those who must work remotely is located by the sliding door. A game / media room, with a large UHD TV, iFit Stationary bicycle and Foosball table may be entered from the kitchen or living room. Carmel Valley's River Retreat also offers two bed rooms that may be made up as King Beds or two XL Twin beds. A second full bath may be accessed from the hallway. This home also offers a two (2) car garage with ample additional parking spaces.
