Summer 2018 new paint, new flooring, new sofa & love seat.  The unit sleeps 4 and has Wifi Internet access . (approx. 800 Sq. Ft.). This spacious ground floor unit is all one level and there are no outside stairs to enter the unit. Corner unit is bright with lots of windows to the let the light in. In the bedroom you will find a queen bed and a queen sofa bed (memory foam mattress) in the living room. The unit features a flat screen TV with DVD/ VCR & a stereo in the Living Room. There is also a flat screen TV and DVD in the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a new Keurig coffee maker. In addition, you will find a year around Jacuzzi and sauna, and a swimming pool available in the summer months only.  Coin-operated laundry facilities located in the common area near the office.  There is outside parking for 2 cars.  COMPLIMENTARY INTERNET and CABLE TV are provided, however NO REFUNDS will be given for connectivity problems or Internet failure.
