Relax and unwind on the brand new deck, nestled under a well shaded, mature oak tree. Enjoy the peaceful ambiance of the neighborhood on our inviting front porch. Located in the heart of beautiful Lake Mary, the city of lakes. Within walking distance to local shops, restaurants and more. Centrally located to the amusement parks and local beaches.Other things to note:There are 3 steps to enter both the front and rear of the home. All cars must be parked in the driveway and overflow in the grass area in front of the driveway. NO PARKING IS ALLOWED ON THE SIDE STREET OR THE MAIN STREET. Please be respectful of your neighbors and keep the noise level low after 10:00pm when relaxing outside. The home has a fireplace, however, it is sealed off and not for use. There is an electric fireplace that produces heat and faux flame lights.
