The house boasts a spacious eat in kitchen with wet bar with beautiful views of the lake right from the kitchen windows. Cozy up by the wood in the living room with knotty pine & cathedral ceilings & enjoy the Adirondack feel. Sit in the backyard on the patio & listen to the babbling brook that runs thru the property & enjoy a campfire while entertaining guests. There is a covered garage for your cars or boats. Majestic Mountain Marina is just a 1/2 mile away for day rentals and boat launch. There is a paddle boat and 2 kayaks that can be used at our dock with 73ft of private lakefront directly ACROSS THE STREET.**Please remember that the GSL is a reservoir and the water levels change depending on the season and nature. There may be more/less water depending on time of year when booking.**
