Everything you need for a relaxing reset can be found inside where an open concept living room, dining space, and kitchen await to welcome you. With comfortable seating facing the ocean views. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a toaster, and a microwave to make full meals, quick snacks or anything in between. The indoor dining space with seating for 6 is just beyond the kitchen. Be sure to take full advantage of the coastal views from the additional dining space located outside on the open-air deck. The private balcony is equipped with a BBQ grill and patio seating. This property sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms, each furnished with queen size beds and soft linens for sound nights of sleep. The home’s single bathroom includes a shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: - Parking space is available in the driveway.- The yard is not fenced-in. - No direct beach access.- SMART TV has been added for guest streaming. - NO DISH/Direct TV.- Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 dogs, with an additional Pet Fee of $35 per pet per day. This fee is not included in your final booking price. If you are bringing dogs, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking to pay the pet fee.Located within walking distance to the Gualala supermarket, restaurants, and even our office, this home is the perfect relaxing getaway. While there is no direct beach access, you'll be minutes away from the Gualala Bluff Trail and the Gualala River, where you can paddle board, picnic along the river, and even kayak!
