Here in the outskirts of Fort Bragg, you'll spend your days beachcombing, tidepooling, and taking scenic drives before falling asleep to the sounds of ocean waves.This single-story home sits less than four miles north of downtown Fort Bragg, just inland from a beautiful, eight-mile stretch of coastline that will never be developed. It's a quiet road free of through traffic yet only half a mile to the state park and just over a mile to the Ward Avenue access point to Ten Mile Beach. One of the special features of the house is its eco-friendly design and low carbon footprint. It's entirely electric (fueled by some of California's greenest electricity at Sonoma Clean Power), featuring a new heat pump water heater, a new heat pump for heating (via the mini-split), and a Level 2 EV charger for your car. After a day of adventure, come home to prepare a favorite meal using the new induction range, stream movies by the woodstove, or head out into the spacious yard to roast marshmallows by the chiminea fireplace.Bonus features of the house include a private washer/dryer for all of your laundry needs, complimentary WiFi, and a desk workspace in the cabin-like bedroom.Things to KnowCheck-in time: 4:00 p.m.Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
