Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens is less than one mile away. The historic Mendocino Village and all it has to offer is just a short 12-minute drive. You can be at MacKerricher, Russian Gulch, or Van Damme State Park in less than 15 minutes from this central location. These parks offer a variety of activities, including horseback riding, kayaking & beachcombing, tide-pooling, and extensive hiking trails. Glass Beach and the new Coastal Trail are just 4 miles away. The first floor's open split-level plan consists of the kitchen, dining, and living spaces. This bright, spacious, and airy oasis, offers the perfect retreat to relax and unwind. With large wraparound windows offering unending views, you can watch the ships, whales, dolphins, seagulls, osprey, and an abundance of other wildlife as it passes by all from the comfort of this fantastic home. The well-equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing a delicious meal with plenty of space, including a large center island and a built-in breakfast nook. The second story includes two guest rooms and the primary suite with a private sitting area and a large attached bath—all with those unending views where you can enjoy the sights and sounds of the sea.Outside, the large private peninsula allows you to roam along the cliff line, sit quietly watching the crashing waves, or watch the sun sink into the horizon as the day ends, making memories to last a lifetime.Due to its location and proximity to the cliffs, Breakers Point is not suitable for children under 12, and no pets are allowed.Please note that this property has a recording alarm system including exterior security cameras. There are no cameras inside or with any view of the property's interior.The security cameras are all located in common exterior areas and are all visible. Camera locations are in the front door area, both corners of the garage, and on the south and west side of the home.
