Spacious View Home - Fantastic Location - Walk to Town This is a wonderful and spacious 4 bedroom family home with views of Sausalito harbor. Tastefully furnished with hardwood floors, lots of natural light & close to town. Located on a quiet residential street, but less than a five minute walk to the Caledonia Street shops and Sausalito waterfront.Enjoy the lovely space , views, and quick walks to town and harbor. It is a three story house. The bottom floor has a two car parking garage. The second floor has various seating areas- around the fireplace, at the breakfast nook, the living room , and the dining room. In the center of the second floor is a large kitchen with views of the harbor. The living room opens to the backyard with large deck surrounded by garden and trees. On the third floor there is a carpeted common area which can be used as a play space, etc. There are four bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The Master King bedroom has beautiful water views and separate seating area, with a bathroom next door featuring a deep soaking tub and shower. The Queen bedroom has water views and a seating area, and has a bathroom with shower and tub. The kids bedroom (two twin beds) has a garden/ back patio view with Yellow Submarine artwork adorning the walls and a bathroom featuring a clawfoot tub and shower attachment. The 4th bedroom/office has a desk looking out to the backyard, with a couch that converts to a comfortable full size sleeper, and a washer/dryer unit in the closet.
