It has three bedrooms, two and one half baths, a separate family room and den, and mudroom. The open kitchen and dining area boasts 12 foot ceilings and French doors immediately off an adjoining patio. It's a cook's dream with Subzero, Wolf, and Miele appliances anchored by a large marble island. The family room has a large flat screen TV, gas fireplace, and cozy sectional sofa. The den features another TV, books galore, and a luxury sleeper sofa perched directly opposite the built in bar, beverage center, and half bath. The den's beautiful accordion doors and curtains may be closed for additional privacy. The master bedroom features a California King bed, with doors opening directly to the back patio. The additional two bedrooms are situated at the front of the house, one with an extra long twin bed and twin trundle bed below, the other with a queen bed. Those bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with dual sinks. The level and beautifully landscaped backyard has a built in fire pit and comfortable seating area, gas grill, and large dining table. The front yard offers a direct view of Mt. Tamalpais. The walk to Miller Avenue shops and restaurants is less than 10 minutues, while the iconic Mill Valley Lumberyard is a 15-20 stroll. Though you'll be hard pressed to leave, Muir Beach is a 15 minute drive, and San Francisco is 20 minutes.
