The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-sized fridge, dishwasher, electric range, Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, microwave, blender, food processor, cast-iron bread Dutch oven and hot water kettle. There is a more formal dining space with a table for 4, and the cozy living room has a sofa with chaise, and a 50" LED TV. The cottage can accommodate up to 4 people sleeping in 2 bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a queen bed with memory foam topper, and a glass sliding door with views over the lush foliage at the rear of the property. There is a wall-mounted 50” LED TV. The second bedroom has a comfortable sofa bed, and office area with a desk. The bathroom has beautiful designer tile, and a tub with shower over. There is a full-sized washer/dryer in a separate laundry closet. Every detail has been thought of, including remote controlled window shades for light filtering, or extra privacy. The cottage sits under a beautiful heritage oak, where squirrels and birds make their home.
