As you enter the home a cozy living room with 65' HDTV greets you with Netflix and Amazon Prime. 3 bedrooms include a master with a queen bed, master marble 2 vanity bathroom, and 55" wall mounted TV; guest bedroom with a queen bed; and guest bedroom with 2 twin beds. A second bathroom is located centrally with washer/dryer, large bathtub/shower combo, 2 vanity marble countertops, and glass tile. At the end of the house is a designer kitchen with quartz countertop, island, and table for 8. The entire property is fully enclosed by a horizontal redwood fence and 2 gates. A brand new 4 person hot tub is in the privacy of the back yard and always set to 104 degrees. Bonus room/finished garage detached from house is available when booking house for parties of 8. 6 adults max and 2 children. Parking for 1 car in the driveway and additional parking directly in front and across the street from the house for 2+ additional cars. Pack n play and high chair available for infants - no extra charge.
