The kitchen is spacious with a open breakfast bar, granite counter tops, tile back splash, stainless steel appliances and there is a convenient laundry room just steps away. The dining area offers you a sliding glass door for easy patio access. The guest bedrooms are roomy with one having a walk-in closet. The master bedroom offers a private slider to the side patio with an above ground spa, walk-in closet and bathroom with dual sink vanity and privacy toilet and shower. The back patio is a lovely spot for entertaining and is completely landscaped where you can enjoy the dramatic mountain views! Also in the back yard you have a fully fenced garden area to put your green thumb to work growing your favorite vegetables or flowers! There's so much more! A 3 car garage, paved driveway, huge workshop with cabinets and shelves and the 2nd level is a wonderful bonus room with balcony!To those people who grew up in Hawkins Valley and have seen the first rays of the sun touch Deadman’s Peak (a.k.a. Deadwood Mountain) as sometimes white with snow, or springtime green and the gold of summer, it is something wonderful and precious, molded bv the hand of the Master Potter and a fit monument to all unknown pioneers. The Deadwood mountain neighborhood overlooks the Oakhurst valley and is just minutes to the Oakhurst city center, yet at a Alpine level above 3000 ft, surrounded with all Alpine trees.Just off Highway 41, sitting on top of a hill with beautiful road all the way to the top of the hillWelcome to Yosemite Alpine Retreat, a Hilltop retreat by Highway 41!- NO SHOES or PETS on carpets and furniture please- Only guests included in reservation are allowed to stay, each additional guest will need to be pre-approved by owner and charged $25-$40 per guest per night as per owner.- Pet Fee will be charged separately $120 per pet per reservation. Check In: after 4 PMCheck out: 10 AM (Strictly; $100 charge for every half an hour delay, 25% of coupon for every early checkout)Quiet Hours: 9 PM (Strictly; $500 security deposit to be withheld for violations in this mountain resort that is in the middle of a forest). No loud noise, smoke, or fire after 9 pm.Please keep the front and back entrance closed at all times. We live in the mountains and have bugs, insects, and animals around. As much as we love our wildlife friends, we want to make sure they stay outside for our safety! :)Hunting is banned on this property- The property is located in the Sierra National Forest with abundant wildlife and you will frequently see mountain animals.The hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries that result from using amenities or games provided. Guests are to use their best judgement when using the amenities.Absolutely no fires or open flames of any kind, during fire season. Please ask the host for permission before using the fire pit, to make sure you are complying with local laws and regulations.No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control such as closure of the Yosemite National park.This is a strictly Non-Smoking / Vaping property. Additionally, please do not use/ bring illegal drugs on the property. Violation of this rule will lead to forfeiting of the security deposit and will be charged additional cleaning fee and any additional damages.The property is kid-friendly and pet friendly with fenced backyard, and 2 garage-cum-playroom, and a totally separate in-law unit with TV/AC/Board-games and a Balcony. However, house is not child proof and the hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries incurred during the stay.Security cameras and doorbells monitor all entrances to the property for our guests' safety. Please do not touch or tamper with the camera or the bell. This is for your protection and any tampering will result in holding back the security deposit.- Quiet Hours start at 10 PM, even if there are no neighbors in sight. - Please do not pluck the flowers from the garden.- House is monitored using Outdoor Security Cameras by owner during check-in, check-out and quiet hours as per Airbnb Vacation rental policies, this is for your safety as well.- Any violation will cause $500 security deposit to be withheld
