Nestled on top of a private 3 acre mountain top with no neighbors in site. Enjoy peace and tranquility. Only 22 miles from the south entrance of Yosemite and 17 miles to Bass Lake. Surrounded by beautiful nature scenery from the drive in to the surrounding property. Whether you are here to visit the National parks, stargaze or relax in our spacious 4 bedroom, 4 bath ranch home, you won’t be disappointed. Each room is large and spacious with comfortable memory foam beds and black out curtains for sleeping in. Don’t let the vibrant colors of the images make you think the house is overly bright, everything is actually much warmer and makes for a very cozy atmosphere.Each room decorated creatively with its own theme. Living Room: Large spacious living room that seats the whole party and more. Warm cozy feeling under the large green ceilings with a view to the acres of meadow and trees. Elegant electric fireplace built into imported Italian Plaster walls with options to view different colors of fire or produce heat and fire. Secondary formal living room attached for lounging and playing chess.Dining Room: Large custom dining table seats 12 so your whole group can enjoy delicious meals together.Kitchen: Designed with beautiful Italian imported terracotta plaster walls for an organic clay vibe. Fun colors that liven up the heart of the home. Fully stocked with everything you need to make large family meals and enjoy home cooking. Coffee and Tea bar stocked so you can enjoy your beverage of choice. Kitchen stocked with: pots and pans, dishes, children’s dishes, utensils, and silverware, table, setting dinnerware, wooden salad, mixing bowls, Tupperware, pancake, griddle, cast-iron pan, toaster, microwave, turkey roaster, knife set, Electric tea, kettle, hand, blender, salt and pepper, garlic, salt, seasoning, salt, oil, dish, soap, dishwasher detergent, Ziploc bags, tinfoil, plastic wrap, trash bags, new sponge, cleaning supplies.Coffee Bar includes: coffee, French vanilla creamer, sugar, filters, assorted tea to go cups.Bathrooms: 2 Bath/Shower combo, 1 regular shower and 1 ADA accessible shower. Enough bathrooms for each bedroom to have their own. Each bathroom is stocked with two towels per person, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, four rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.Master- The Hunters Lounge woodsy deer themed decor appropriate for a mountain home. Comfortable memory foam King bed with twin rollaway in closet. Electric fireplace, black out curtains, private bathroom and private outside door with view to meadow.Master Suite- The Botanical Garden themed suite is the largest room with a King bed and a twin day bed used as a sofa or second bed. Enjoy your own electric fireplace, tv, private desk workspace, private ADA bathroom and exterior door to the sunset patio view. Pack and play stored in closet for your use.3rd Room: Rustic Boho themed room with old world faux finished walls, comfortable Queen memory foam bed, large closet and a private workspace.4th Room: Our boho modern flare room comes with 2 Full size memory foam beds and hanging chair with plenty of space to spare. This room is at the opposite end of house on its own near the game room and is the most private of all the rooms. Game Room: (still in the works) in the garage you will find board games, seating area and foosball. We are still working on this room for future video games and skee ball, waiting on parts. Enjoy the many board games and foosball for now. Land: We have outdoor patio seating benches and chairs with a propane fire pit. No open flames are allowed in the area due to fire risk. Fit your whole party on our two very large patio tables for outdoor eating overlooking the sunset view and the mossy boulders. Enjoy 3 acres of hills, meadows and boulders. Feel free to hike and explore our land while enjoying the natural scenery. Don’t forget to look up at the stars at night, nestled up top the hill with no lights provides the ideal star gazing opportunity. Remember, there’s wildlife, so always be on the look out. Watch your step at night as the frogs like to come out and play.Our property is a non-smoking property. We do have security cameras on the outside of the home that are not monitored during your stay. Being that the home is in a secluded area the cameras are there to keep the home safe when not occupied..
