The outdoor patio furniture with a gas grill offers a perfect place for dining under the stars or watching the sunset. The four-bedroom, three-bath layout can comfortably accommodate everyone in your group, with king, queen, and double beds, and a futon in the office. This two-level home features two bedrooms and a convenient full kitchen on each level. The two levels can be connected or left separate - your choice! There is also a clothes washer and dryer, so you can afford to pack light for your trip. Beautiful Bass Lake lets you enjoy boating, skiing, fishing, swimming, hiking, and bicycling. The home is near the Pines Village at the lake, which provides restaurants, a general market, bars, shops, and a full-service marina with rental boats, jet skis, and kayaks. The town of Oakhurst is about seven miles away, with shopping, restaurants, bars, a movie cinema, and a live stage theater. The Chukchansi Casino in Coarsegold is 12 miles away.Bass Lake is less than 15 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park. Bass Lake reaches its peak water levels in the summer months and is lowered by 50 percent during the fall and winter months annually. Because of this, summer water levels vary each year depending on the winter season rain and snowfall. We have no control over lake levels.THINGS TO KNOWParking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.Dock details: There is a private dock on the propertyDamage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
