The Bear Claw | W/ Boat Slip If you're looking for the wow factor, you've found it! This Bass Lake cabin features a private BOAT SLIP, is walking distance to the dock, and 3 minutes to restaurants and entertainment in the heart of Bass Lake. The cabin features tons of large windows letting natural light and forest views in from every room. Just across the street from the lake, feel the breeze while lounging or dining on the expansive deck. The high-end kitchen includes a wine fridge, nugget ice machine, flat top stove, and all the appliances you'll need to comfortably cook your own meals while in town. A smart TV in the living room, as well as plenty of board games, will keep you busy on snowy days, or after long days on the lake. There are two bedrooms on the main level, and three bedrooms upstairs, each with luxurious king-sized beds. The bunk room is upstairs and attached to two of the bedrooms and a bathroom. It includes six built-in bunkbeds. Another bedroom upstairs features a king bed and private balcony access! Other amenities include a washer and dryer, free reliable wifi, fireplace, lounge chairs on the deck, and a large harvest table and BBQ perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The cabin is the perfect space for the whole family, a small church retreat, or a group of friends looking for a relaxing getaway close to everything Bass Lake has to offer! The SpaceAs you pull up to the cabin, you'll feel your excitement rising as you see the beautiful white cabin against the forest backdrop.  Pull into the circle drive, there's enough space for up to four vehicles. There is a driveway along the side of the cabin that leads to another residence, so be sure not to block that driveway.  Head up a short stairway to the grand deck with peek-a-boo views of the lake.  It will be tempting not to spend the whole time out here! You'll see the Bear Claw sign and know you're in the right place.  Inside, the incredible kitchen and dining area are to your left and the living room is to your right. Follow a hallway to two bedrooms, each with a King size bed and attached bathroom.  The washer and dryer are located in one of the bathrooms.  Head upstairs to four more bedrooms: To the right, a spacious bedroom with King size bed has private access to an upper balcony with optimum lake views. To the left, the bunk room has six built in bunkbeds, an attached bathroom, and two attached bedrooms each with king size beds and beautiful views.  There is another bathroom on this level as well.Other things to note:Even though this cabin sleeps 16, it is NOT the place to host parties! Large unruly gatherings, loud music, damage, excessive drinking, and other party-like behavior will result in the appropriate fine. The correct number of guests must be disclosed before your stay. The dock and boat slip are subject to water levels at the lake. Please check the water level before traveling if you're planning to bring a boat.Parking is limited to 4 vehicles. The driveway along the side of the cabin is shared with the home behind it, and can not be blocked. The garage is used for storage, not parking.Summer reservations are limited to Saturday check-ins only, with a one week minimum. The NeighborhoodLocated in the prestigious Bass Lake Estates neighborhood of Bass Lake, right across from the lake, dotted with unique and extravagant cabins.  This is a prime location for guests wishing to walk into town without being right in the middle of the hustle and bustle.  The private dock is a short, walkable distance away and can be seen from the front driveway.  Bring your own kayaks or boat and use the provided boat slip, which is the last slip on the deck and usually stays in the water longer at the end of the summer! The neighborhood ensures plowed roads in the winter, flat and easy parking, and crosswalks and enough shoulder to safely walk to the dock or town.  Breathe in the crisp mountain air and sip your morning coffee, or barbecue with your family and friends outdoors in this family-friendly neighborhood.  Enjoy all your time here at Bass Lake, or road trip just 30 minutes to Yosemite National Park!Getting AroundWe suggest using your own vehicle to get around.  You are more than welcome to walk, jog, or bike around the neighborhood! 4 wheel drive and tire chains are strongly encouraged during winter months, and may be required by California Highway Patrol if there's snow in the forecast. Make sure to keep an eye on your weather forecast.  The nearest large airport is less than an hour away, Fresno Yosemite International Airport.About your HostsThis cabin is hosted by a family-owned business, Guest Equity Vacation Rentals!  We have a 100% response rate and love chatting with our guests!
