This is half of a duplex, and the master bedroom shares a wall with the adjacent unit. House is a duplex, there are other rentals on the property. Master bed and bath share a wall. House is on well water and septic. Please be conscious. You will be in nature surrounded by sycamore and redwood trees, yet easily accessible. Right off the main boulevard, unlike other houses in Topanga this house is very easy to get to and walking distance to the library, coffee shops, yoga, and numerous restaurants. Access to the creek. There is a jacuzzi, fios wifi. In spring you will be sung to sleep by tree frogs. Possible animal sightings include tree frogs, red tail hawks, owls, white tail deer, coyotes, hummingbirds, red and blue dragonflies, mama and baby wild ducks, and butterflies. We are in a cooler micro climate which is refreshing in the summer but a little chillier in the winter. There is parking for 2 cars.
