Our space is a three bedroom, two bathroom professionally designed and decorated apartment/condo in a mixed-use building on the lower level. It has gorgeous high ceilings in a modern loft style and is perfectly appointed with modern contemporary furnishings. Our space is located within one block of Sierra Madre's quaint town square restaurants and shops, and a short walk from hiking trails and parks.This is a great place for travelers who want a bit more space and comfort than the generic hotel chains; executives coming to town for extended business stays (like a visiting professor or attorney for trial); relatives visiting family from out of town who need a place nearby their loved ones; patients or families coming to City of Hope for treatment; and even locals who need a place near home stay during a home repair or renovation.Our space is set to a 3-day minimum rental to help dissuade weekend-party-pad inquires. If you're just looking for a business stay, a quiet romantic weekend, or similar, we'll consider waiving this minimum. Also, to allow for thorough cleaning, VBRO automatically blocks out 2 days before and 2 days after each rental. We're sometimes able to expedite cleaning, so if your exact desired dates aren't available, we may be able to adjust things. Just send us a message!Only non-smokers, please.
