Gorgeous Contemporary Dream Home Kick back and relax in this Gorgeous Contemporary Dream Home. This 1800 square foot single story home has been completely remodeled. Enjoy the bright, crisp open floor plan with chefs kitchen, high-end fixtures and appliances, fireplace and outdoor entertaining area complete with fire pit, stand-alone bbq & stunning landscape and a mountain view overlooking the city below.The gorgeous custom front door opens up into the foyer, living room, kitchen & dining area complete with vaulted ceilings. The living room is off to the right, just past the front door. In the sitting area there is a large window with views of the front patio and yard. Pull down the window covering for some shade or keep it open for beautiful natural light. The sofa, sitting chairs & coffee table are quite comfortable for any occasion. Our 52" plasma tv with built-in internet features & dvd player is sure to please. The living room opens up into the kitchen with oversized center island with built-in microwave oven and everything one needs for entertaining, plus plenty of counter space for food prep. Day dream while dish washing as you gaze out the window overlooking the rolling mountains across the street. Or simplify and load the dishwasher! Double ovens and oversized fridge and freezer. It's a little over the top! We like it like that though! Fine dinning or street fair is fine in this space. It's quick and easy to get to everything in the kitchen from our dinning area which also opens up to the back yard and has a fireplace! Down the hall from our kitchen is our full guest bathroom with beautiful pedestal sink, lovely modern fixtures and roomy shower. Further down the hall is the washer & dryer as well as entrance to the attached garage. All three of our lush bedrooms have good sized windows that get beautiful morning and afternoon breezes and bring in plenty of sunlight. Each bedroom has lovely linens and comfy beds, accompanied by plenty of closet space. Our master bedroom has vaulted ceiling, ensuite bath with his and hers sinks and an large modern shower for two. The closet space is plentiful. The masters bedroom has sliding doors that open up to the backyard & fire pit. Our backyard is completely enclosed.Guest accessOur guests have access to the entire house and property. Plenty of street parking, plus driveway parking.Guest interactionI am available to answer any questions and address any concerns during your stay.Neighborhood overviewStevenson Ranch is known for its family oriented neighborhoods, safety, tranquil & serene setting.Getting aroundThe metro station is about 2 miles away, down Lyons Ave., also plenty of buses and of course there's uber and lyft.Other things to noteThis house is located on a corner lot. The front & backyard landscape is pristine. If you notice a patch of yellow or a sprinkler that is out, please shoot me at text, give me a call or email so I can send someone over to fix it. Same goes for issues inside the house. Please reach out when something breaks or needs attention. I prefer to jump on it ASAP.
